The Gathering will not only showcase the best in music and culture from the Highlands & Scotland, but will also feature a selection of the finest food & drink our region has to offer.
The first of our food and drink partners are detailed below but keep an eye here and on social media for updates over the coming months.
The Black Isle Brewery will be our exclusive draft beer supplier across our main bar where they will have a variety of their most popular products on offer. We are delighted to be welcoming them to The Gathering and we are sure you will enjoy them just as much as us!
Black Isle Brewey are Scotland’s only organic brewery, making world-class beers from the finest organic malt and hops – grown without chemicals – just as nature intended.

Tomatin Distillery are our exclusive main bar whisky supplier. The Gathering will feature their multi award winning Tomatin 12 as our exclusive malt on the main bar.
The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

Dunnet Bay Distillers – Rock Rose Gin & Holy Grass Vodka
The UK’s most northerly mainland distillery, Dunnet Bay Distillers, produces two of the UK’s most critically acclaimed craft spirits; Rock Rose Gin and Holy Grass Vodka, both of which will be exclusive spirits on our main bar.
The remote distillery is run by husband and wife team, Martin and Claire Murray, who are passionate about handcrafting spirits that celebrate the heritage and provenance of Caithness and who pride themselves on using local hand-foraged botanicals, along with those they grow in the distillery’s very own botanical garden.
